Vice President, Business Solutions

The Vice President, Business Solutions will lead the transformation of enterprise technology landscape, spearheading the evolution of core business systems—including ERP, Order Management (OMS), and Point of Sale (POS)—as the organization transitions toward a composable, data-driven, and AI-enabled architecture.

This executive will play a pivotal role in translating strategic business priorities into scalable technology capabilities across Finance, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Supply Chain. Serving as a critical bridge between business and technology, the VP will drive a product-led operating model, ensuring the delivery of modern, flexible platforms that enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Transformation

• Own the end-to-end modernization of ERP, OMS, and POS platforms, transitioning from legacy systems to a composable architecture.

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, balancing near-term business continuity with long-term platform strategy.

• Ensure alignment with the company’s unified commerce vision and AI enablement roadmap.

Product Organization Leadership

• Lead and develop Enterprise Applications and DTC Product Owners, fostering a high-performing, product-centric organization.

• Drive clear prioritization, disciplined roadmap execution, and measurable impact across domains.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain to define priorities, requirements, and success metrics.

• Translate business needs into scalable system capabilities and data-driven solutions.

• Ensure seamless support of end-to-end processes across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.

Architecture & Data Strategy

• Collaborate with Data & AI leadership to design and implement a modular, API-first, and event-driven architecture.

• Ensure tight integration with the company’s unified data ecosystem.

• Champion modern engineering principles, including loosely coupled systems and data product thinking.

Transformation Governance & Delivery

• Operate within cross-functional transformation governance forums spanning DTC, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data.

• Define KPIs and rigorously track value realization from technology investments.

• Drive structured delivery of MVPs and iterative enhancements, embedding agility across programs.

Vendor & Ecosystem Management

• Evaluate and select best-in-class technology solutions across ERP, POS, OMS, and adjacent platforms.

• Manage system integrators and strategic partners to ensure accountability, quality, and delivery excellence.

• Optimize total cost of ownership while enabling innovation and scalability.

Profile & Experience

Leadership

• 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, or business applications.

• Proven track record leading complex, large-scale transformation initiatives across commerce, ERP, and supply chain environments.

• Prior leadership experience at the Director or VP level within a fashion, retail, or consumer brand.

Functional Expertise

• Deep understanding of end-to-end operations within a fashion or retail business, including:

  • Direct-to-Consumer (Retail & E-commerce)

  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Finance & Accounting

  • Strong familiarity with modern commerce ecosystems and enterprise platforms.

Technology & Architecture

• Experience evolving from monolithic systems to composable, best-of-breed architectures.

• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data platforms.

• Exposure to AI-enabled and data-driven operating models is highly desirable.

Operating Model & Execution

• Experience operating within a product-led organization, with a focus on outcomes over projects.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

• Comfortable operating across both strategic and execution layers.

Leadership & Influence

• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights.

• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
