Introduction
Join Adidas as a Supervisor Outbound FC and lead the charge in managing order preparation and dispatch activities for our B2B channels at our Distribution Center in Escobar.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate with 3PL on B2B wave planning.
- Serve as the liaison between Adidas B2B commercial teams and the 3PL.
- Manage WHO COTIF/Retail COTIF and ensure timely dispatch preparation from the DC.
- Identify efficiencies in non-eCommerce processes to enhance productivity and reduce variable costs.
- Lead IT innovation initiatives to improve process flow and traceability.
- Provide sales teams with insights on order visibility and quality.
- Collaborate with the transportation team to align on delivery strategy and ensure efficient DC support.

Requisitos excluyentes
- University degree in Industrial, Logistics or Administration Engineering or related careers.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain logistics position. Experience in b2b operations is valued.
- Advanced English (read & write).
Requisitos deseables
- M.Office: Advanced.
- BI Tools: Advanced.
- WMS / SAP: Desirable.
