At South Offices, we’re partnering with a U.S. law firm specializing in personal injury cases. They’re looking for a Paralegal to support their attorneys and case managers, and to help clients through every step of their case.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
✅ Draft correspondence and legal documents for attorney review, such as claim set-ups, opinion letters, and spoliation and withdrawal letters
✅ Communicate with clients about their medical treatment, work status, and case updates
✅ Coordinate with medical providers on appointments, records, and opinion letters
✅ Confirm balances and follow up on liens and reductions
✅ Conduct factual research, including insurance coverage, employment, and wage verification
✅ Review and process medical records and billing documentation
✅ Help translate information for clients when needed

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
🔹 Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in U.S. personal injury
🔹 Bilingual: English & Spanish
🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills
🔹 Excellent organization and the ability to multitask
🔹 Comfort with case management software and other technology
🔹 Strict handling of confidential and sensitive information
