The Program

AI Builders is a 24-month accelerated program for the next generation of AI product builders.

Participants work on real AI initiatives across the company, developing products, automations, copilots, agents, and internal AI platforms that create measurable business impact.

You will be expected to:

• Design AI-powered products and workflows

• Build agents, copilots and automations

• Prototype quickly and iterate fast

• Integrate LLMs into real business solutions

• Challenge how software is built

• Ship solutions with ownership

Throughout the program you'll collaborate with engineering, product, customer teams and AI experts while working on strategic initiatives across Latin America.
