About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to work cross-functionally across Mindtech, partnering with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and leadership. This hands-on role combines solution design, AI, cloud, automation, and rapid prototyping to solve technical challenges and improve engineering capabilities across teams.
Requirements
Strong software engineering background and experience designing scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and production environments.
Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of software architecture, security, reliability, and engineering best practices.
Ability to prototype solutions and evaluate technical feasibility.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
Design and build internal tools, AI-powered solutions, automation, and technical accelerators.
Partner cross-functionally on technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and rapid prototyping.
Evaluate technologies and recommend scalable, maintainable solutions for internal and client needs.
Improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment processes, and platform reliability.
Define and promote engineering best practices and reusable solutions across teams.
Drive engineering productivity through AI adoption, automation, and knowledge sharing.

Requisitos excluyentes
- 3+ years of experience developing backend or full-stack applications in production environments.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for infrastructure design and deployment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
Requisitos deseables
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and LLM libraries such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.
