We are looking for a Java / ActiveViam Developer to join an international project within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with Java and Python, hands-on experience with ActiveViam, and knowledge of OLAP databases and Market Risk.
Main Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE and Python.
Develop and support solutions within the ActiveViam financial platform.
Work with analytical databases and OLAP Cubes.
Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts.
Support data processing and analytics related to Market Risk.
Work with financial calculations including Sensitivities and Value at Risk (VaR).
Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing solutions.
Collaborate with international technical and business teams.
Required Skills
3+ years of professional development experience using Java and Python.
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE (Java Platform Enterprise Edition).
Hands-on experience with ActiveViam.
Experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
Experience working with analytical databases and OLAP Cubes (Online Analytical Processing).
Knowledge of Market Risk, particularly:
Sensitivity calculations.
VaR (Value at Risk).
English level B2 or higher.
