Fullstack Developer - MT-0635

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise and hands-on experience across the full application stack. You will contribute to the end-to-end development of a social application, working with React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

A key part of this role is leveraging AI-assisted development to build and own features from concept to production, as well as contributing to AI-powered capabilities involving agents, tool calling, RAG, caching, and MCP.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development, combined with hands-on backend experience using Node.js.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure on AWS, or with a comparable technology stack.

• Proficiency using AI tools for software development, with the ability to build, validate, test, and refine AI-generated implementations.

• Knowledge of AI agents and agentic architectures, including tool calling patterns and related concepts such as RAG, caching, and MCP.

• Strong English proficiency and communication skills for effective collaboration in an English-speaking product environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain product features across the stack, with a strong focus on React.js frontend development.

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure.

• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and accuracy.

• Develop and integrate AI agents and AI-powered functionality, leveraging patterns such as tool calling, RAG, caching, and MCP.

• Take end-to-end ownership of features, collaborating effectively with the team from technical design and implementation through testing and delivery.
