We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to play a key role in overseeing the successful deployment of our augmented teams.
Job Overview:
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for oversee the successful integration of augmented staff into client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. They will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions that meet their business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Conduct regular performance reviews of augmented staff, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.
Implement strategies to address any performance challenges promptly.
Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner in understanding and addressing their staffing challenges.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our staff augmentation services.
Resource Allocation:
Partner with our hiring team to effectively allocate augmented staff to clients based on skillsets and project requirements.
Monitor and optimize resource utilization to enhance project efficiency.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential risks associated with staff augmentation projects and implement mitigation strategies.
Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the course of a project.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English is mandatory
At least 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Document and communicate technical issues and solutions to team members and stakeholders
Contribute to the development of software development plans and project schedules
Experience mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers
Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve technical issues
Manage technical risks and issues
Experience in managing budgets and financials for projects

- Capacidad demostrada de gestionar relaciones estrat茅gicas con clientes, anticipando necesidades y resolviendo conflictos con enfoque proactivo y colaborativo.
- Habilidad para comunicar de manera clara y efectiva con stakeholders diversos, proporcionando retroalimentaci贸n constructiva y reportes de desempe帽o detallados.
- Conocimiento de modelos de staff augmentation, procesos de integraci贸n de equipos y ciclos de vida de proyectos en outsourcing de software.
Requisitos deseables
- Trayectoria en identificaci贸n y mitigaci贸n de riesgos en proyectos, desarrollando estrategias preventivas y planes de contingencia efectivos.
