About the role
We are looking for a Data & AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI Agents, and MLOps/DevOps. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions, working with LLMs, RAG architectures, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, primarily within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Requirements
Strong experience with Python, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI Agents, including multi-agent workflows.
Knowledge of MLOps/DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio.
Experience with Apache Airflow, Snowflake, and Snowflake Cortex.
Knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud-based architectures.
Understanding of AI security, governance, and production monitoring.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Strong English level - B2/C1 or more.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions.
Develop AI Agents, multi-agent workflows, and RAG applications.
Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines and DevOps automation.
Build and optimize data pipelines using Airflow and Snowflake.
Deploy and monitor AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and APIs.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Requisitos excluyentes
- 3+ years of professional experience with Machine Learning and Data Engineering projects
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications or RAG systems in production
- 2+ years of experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, or deployment automation in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python for machine learning, data engineering, and production code development
Requisitos deseables
- Professional experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform for ML model deployment
- Prior work experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks
- Experience with Apache Airflow or Snowflake for building and managing data pipelines
- Knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs and cloud-based architecture design patterns
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for technical communication and documentation
