AI Product Manager (Insurtech) MT-0010

We are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance company that has recently completed a major cloud and data transformation and is now focused on scaling AI initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for an experienced AI Product Manager, AI Strategy Lead, or Digital Transformation Consultant who can bridge the gap between executive stakeholders, business objectives, and AI delivery teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI roadmap prioritization and strategic planning workshops with senior leadership.

• Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, ROI, complexity, and market differentiation.

• Drive AI products from proof-of-concept through production deployment and adoption.

• Define KPIs, success metrics, and ROI frameworks for every AI initiative.

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure governance, quality standards, and scalable AI delivery.

• Manage AI operational costs, including cloud consumption and LLM/token economics.

• Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, AI copilots, and decision-support solutions.

Required Experience

• Proven track record delivering AI products from experimentation to production with measurable business outcomes.

• Strong product management, consulting, or transformation leadership experience.

• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to C-level executives.

• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and prioritize competing initiatives.

• Strong understanding of AI implementation costs, governance, and operational scalability.

Preferred Background

• Insurance, Insurtech, Financial Services, Risk Management, or highly regulated industries.

• Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise AI platforms.

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, architecture reviews, and development quality controls.

• Consulting experience (strategy, transformation, innovation, or digital advisory).
